The Institute has a simple admission process through which students can get admission in any of the desired courses-:
Online Admission
Students can go to the official website and fill the form there with their basic details and make the application payment. All the necessary documents are to be submitted only for verification purposes. Once the documents are verified and students meet the eligibility criteria, they are called for the final counselling session where they are given admission to the desired course. The admission fee-related information is also shared at this stage.
Offline Admission
Students can visit the campus and get the application form from there. At this stage, necessary details are filled and all the documents are submitted along with the application fees. Once the Application is successful, all the documents are verified, and the students are matched with the eligibility criteria and if all the information is correct, then the students are called for the final counselling session. Students are provided with the final admission details and the fee-related information for the specific course during this counselling session.
- SDGI conducted the Alumni Talk on the 12th of March, 2022 and all the alumni association members attended it to talk about the plan of action in 2022.
- A mega placement drive was conducted at the campus of SDGI on the 12th of March 2022 for the Polytechnic and ITI streams.
- SDGI celebrated International Women's Day by organizing a Talk on Personalities on the 8th of March by the Department of Computer Applications.

SDGI Ghaziabad Admission Process
Online Method
Students can visit the online portal of the Institute and apply for the desired course there. Documents that will be required for Application will be depended on the course chosen, and it is mandatory to submit the application fees online at this stage. Once all the documents are verified, and eligibility criteria are checked for the students, the admission cell will ask them to be available at the counselling session conducted by the Institute. Students will get admission to the desired course according to the availability of the seats and the eligibility criteria met.
Offline Method
Alternatively, students can visit the campus of the Institute and then get the application form in hard copy from there. After filling out the application form with correct information and submitting the self attested mandatory documents, students can pay the application fee at the accounts counter. Once all the documents are verified and eligibility criteria are checked for the students, the Institute will conduct a counselling session.
