Apex University Admission 2026: Dates, Eligibility, Fees & Process

Apex University Jaipur admission 2026 is open for UG, PG, Diploma, Lateral Entry and Ph.D. programmes for the 2026-27 academic session. Admission is conducted through AUCET 2026 or CUET-UG / CUET-PG scores. AUCET 2026 Phase 1 application closes on April 25, 2026, and the Early Bird Scholarship Round-II window closes on May 15, 2026. The application fee is Rs. 1,000 across all programmes. The university offers 130+ courses across Engineering, Management, Law, Pharmacy, Sciences, Humanities, Nursing, Allied Health, Education, Agriculture, Fashion Design and Journalism. UG fees range from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 2,25,000 per year; PG fees range from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,80,000 per year. B.Tech total fee is Rs. 6,00,000 (4 years); MBA is Rs. 3,60,000 (2 years). • Visit admissions.apexuniversity.co.in and click "Apply Now". Register with your name, email ID and mobile number to create an applicant profile.
• Fill the application form with personal, academic and category details. Upload your photograph, signature, Class 10/12 marksheets, and category certificate (if applicable).
• Pay the application fee of Rs. 1,000 online (debit card / credit card / net banking / UPI).
• Book a slot for AUCET 2026 (online or offline mode) - or submit your CUET-UG/PG scorecard, JEE Main / CAT / MAT / CMAT / ATMA / XAT / CLAT / UCEED / NIFT scorecard if applying through a national entrance route.
• Appear for AUCET 2026 on the booked slot. AUCET 2026 Phase 1 closes on April 25, 2026.
• Check your AUCET / CUET result on the applicant portal. Shortlisted candidates receive a counselling call letter.
• Attend counselling - select programme and campus, qualify the personal interview (for B.Tech, MBA, Law, Design and a few other programmes), and accept the seat allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Fill the admission form, deposit the initial admission fee (including the Rs. 10,000 non-refundable registration fee), upload original documents, and pay the remaining course fee as per the Apex Easy Pay schedule (two equal installments).

AUCET is mandatory only when a candidate wants to be considered for the AUCET-based scholarship slab (40% of total seats). Candidates with a valid CUET-UG / CUET-PG, JEE Main, CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, XAT, CLAT, UCEED or NIFT score can apply directly without sitting for AUCET, and may still be eligible for an entrance-based scholarship. Apex University Online Application Process 2026

• Visit the official admission portal at admissions.apexuniversity.co.in.
• Click "Apply Now" and complete the registration with your name, email, mobile number and Class 12 / Graduation board details.
• Log in and fill the application form - personal details, address, parent details, academic record, category and programme choice.
• Upload the required documents: photograph (passport size), signature, Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet (or Graduation marksheet for PG), category certificate if applicable, and ID proof (Aadhaar).
• Pay the application fee of Rs. 1,000 via debit card / credit card / net banking / UPI.
• Book the AUCET 2026 slot if appearing for AUCET, or upload your CUET / JEE Main / CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT / CLAT / UCEED / NIFT scorecard.
• Submit and download the application acknowledgement for future reference.

Apex University Offline Application Process 2026

• Visit any Apex Admission Office or the main campus at V.T. Road, Sector-5, Mansarovar, Jaipur.
• Collect the application form from the admission cell.
• Fill the form, attach photocopies of documents (Class 10/12, ID proof, category certificate) and the demand draft / cash receipt for Rs. 1,000.
• Submit the form at the admission counter. The admission cell issues a registration number for slot booking and counselling.

Apex University Jaipur application fee for 2026 is INR 1,000 across all UG, PG, Diploma and Ph.D. programmes. A non-refundable registration fee of INR 10,000 becomes payable on seat confirmation, in addition to the course fee. Apex University recognises CUET, JEE Main, CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, XAT, CLAT, UCEED and NIFT scores for entrance-based scholarships. The slabs are summarised below.

Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana (ASSY) 2026

Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana is Apex University's first-of-its-kind 100% secured education scheme for students from socially or financially humble backgrounds, applicable on Group B programmes only. ASSY benefits, effective from 2025-26, are:

• 100% scholarship on course fee - if a student loses both parents during the course of education at Apex University
• 50% scholarship on course fee - if either the father or mother passes away during the student's education
• 25% scholarship on course fee - if the student is a single-parent ward at the time of admission (one parent not alive)
• 50% scholarship on course fee - if the student has no living parents at the time of admission

• Early Bird Scholarship - 10% on first-year course fee for students who register and pay the first installment by May 31, 2026 (Group B programmes)
• Apex Easy Pay - course fee payable in two equal installments instead of a lump sum
• Apex Loyalty Bonus - 10% concession for Apex Foundation alumni continuing higher studies
• Sibling Concession - 10% on yearly fee for one sibling when both siblings study at Apex
• Girl Sibling Concession - 10% on yearly fee for both female siblings studying at Apex

Note: Continuation conditions for all scholarships: no semester / year drop, 75% attendance, minimum 60% marks (or 6.0 SGPA) in the first attempt of every semester, and document submission by October 31. Scholarships are not applicable on Ph.D. programmes and on students from open boards. A student cannot avail multiple scholarships, except EBR and Alumni concessions, which can be combined.
