The centrally air-conditioned library is housed in a carpet area of 7,000 sq.ft. with a seating capacity for about 250 students at one time. Shelved here is an array of about 20,000 volumes of books, periodicals, back volumes and projects. The library subscribes 114 international journals,U8 national journals, 25 technical international magazines, 68 national magazines and stacks 1500 CDs. Students can also read magazines and periodicals from international organizations such as IEEE,ACM & AS:ME societies. The library provides excellent environment for study with convenient access to printed and electronic resources.

International Peace Day is organized by the NSS unit of our college on 21.09.2016, which was headed by our founder & chairman Shri. A.SRINIVASAN. Around 120 students have been participated in this rally.
BLOOD DONATION CAMP (2016 - 2017)
- Voluntary blood donation is a selfless service and an expression of love for mankind.
- Our College NSS Unit is organized the Blood Donation Camp on 19.08.2016 with the Association of Government Hospital, Perambalur.
NATIONAL YOGA DAY(2016-2017)
The National Yoga Day is celebrated on 21 June 2016. Yoga is the key to obtain Ultimate peace and health. The Cadets of National Cadet Corps actively participated in the Yoga Day programme.
The 67th Republic Day of India was celebrated on January 26, 2016. The reign of Democratic India made its mark by the tremendous effort of various people who introduced the Constitutional policies and made India a secular nation. The Cadets of NCC commenced the remarkable day with their eye catching March Past followed by the Marching of other students from Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Group of Institutions. Our Honorable Chairman Ayya and other Dignitaries also paid tribute to the Nation by their presence at the event.
TREE PLANTATION PROGRAMME (2016-2017)
To create awareness about the importance of growing trees, the National Cadet Corps conducted a Programme on Tree Plantation. Our Cadets actively participated in plantation of saplings in the College premises on September 24, 2016. The Principal of our college presided over the programme.
