Limca Book of Records National Record- 25 students and five chefs of School of Hotel Management Manipal University, Jaipur prepared the heaviest 87 kg Gateaux Ananas, a sliced pineapple dish with dry fruits and fruits. The 5 ft long, 4 ft wide 5 inch high gateaux was made at the inauguration of Manipal University on April 2, 2015.
