CMR University Placement
The training and placement cell of CMR University helps the students to get their desired jobs in their dream companies. The CMR University placement team leads the placement drive at the campus. The placement cell remembers the needs of the major companies and helps in shaping and planning the students' careers. The CMRU placement cell carries out various seminars, workshops, lectures, and many more to prepare the students for their on-campus placement drive. CMR University offers soft skills employability, Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning training as value-added training programmes. Further, the pre-placement training programmes conducted by CMR University are based on the following topics:

- Mock interviews and group discussion.
- Assistance for various competitive examinations such as CAT, CMAT, and Bank PO.
- Coding training by industry-trained faculty using production-grade coding platforms.
A total of 630 job offers were made during CMR University placement 2021-22. Further, the highest salary package offered was Rs 30 LPA and the average salary package was Rs 6.5 LPA. Further, 56 job proposals of salary package Rs 10 LPA or more were done during the placement drive. According to the CMR University placement report for 2020-21, more than 151 organisations participated and provided more than 115 job proposals to the students. The average salary package offered was Rs 3.52 lakhs per annum. The most number of students were placed in the service sector.
