UPSC CSE Prelims 2023 Exam Day Instructions: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct UPSC CSE 2023 prelims on 28 May 2023 according to the exam dates released by the organization and UPSC CSE main examination will be conducted on 15 September 2023 by the concerned authorities. The official notification was released by the Union Public Service Commission on 1 February 2023 and the application form was also released on the same day to be filled out by the applicants. The last date to fill out the application form was 21 February 2023 and then the application correction window was also opened by the organization. The candidates have successfully filled out the application form for recruitment and now they are starting their preparation for the prelims examination. The conducting body will hold the UPSC Civil Service Exam at various designated venues in the country. UPSC conducts this IAS examination once a year. Last year, according to the notification released by the commission, there were a total of 861 vacancies. UPSC CSE 2023: Exam Pattern

The selection procedure for UPSC CSE consists of Prelims and Mains examination. Both exams will be conducted offline and the instructions will be available in Hindi and English both. There will be two papers in prelims and 7 papers in the main exam out of which two papers are optional. The maximum mark for prelims is 400 and for mains, it is 1750. The duration will be two hours for each paper for the prelims exam and 3 hours for each paper for the mains exam. Candidates who wish to appear for the 1st year junior college examination have to fill out the form before 31st March 2023. To fill out the form, candidates will have to visit the official website- tsrjdc.cgg.gov.in.
