Overall: Culinary Academy of India is clearly, the best choice to pursue Culinary education in the country. With state of the art equipment and highly skilled faculty, CAI offers a one of a kind experience into the hospitality world. The entire focus is on the practical point of view, with the priority given to working hands on. Keeping in mind the challenges the Culinary world poses, CAI prepares through and through.

Placement: One of the best placements offered which is not even offered in the best IHMs in the country. Top hotel chains come for MT program and also the cruise like P&O, Costa hire from college it self.

Infrastructure: It's a great place and the facilities are nice and they have very good and advanced equipments here in this college. The kitchens are designed in such a way that gives the exact replica of a cruise gally

Faculty: The best quality learning and hands on practical experience is provided to the students to handle the real industry's challenges smoothly. A bunch of professional chefs, highly skilled in their respective area of specialisations passionately train, guide and mentor the students.High professional faculty help us to learn new Dishes .New era Kitchens with updated equipment available to learn easily.

Hostel: No hostel for students except first years. They don't have accommodation for degree and pg students but the do provide accommodation for cruise training batch.
