GATE 2026 registration is now open at gate2026.iitg.ac.in for admission to M.Tech and research programs. Candidates can submit their applications without a late fee until September 28, 2025, while the deadline with a late fee is October 9, 2025. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, in two sessions.

Students of Indian nationality should have passed in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any Government Recognized Board and should have passed MP - PET ( Madhya Pradesh Pre Engineering Test ) . The quota for NRI students is 5% .
