GITAM Vizag M.Tech. Food Processing Technology - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2024

Overall: I completed my postgraduation in technology i.e. M.Tech in Food Science and Technology from GITAM Vizag in the year 2021. The best thing that I experienced about the university is that they have a very active placement cell. The final-year students are provided with enough training so that they can get jobs in their chosen companies.

Placement: In the year 2021, about 87% of the participating students were placed by the in-campus placement drive of GITAM Vizag. The offered salary package ranges from Rs 21 LPA which is the highest to Rs 3.5 LPA which is the lowest. Most of the job offers were made by the TCS company. Impressive internship opportunities are offered to students from various courses so that they can get enough experience.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure at GITAM Vizag is modern and updated regularly so the students get access to all the modern facilities. The university library is situated in a beautiful 4-story building with a huge collection of books. In addition to study materials, it contains volumes of stories and general information. Free WiFi facility is also available throughout the whole campus. Separate hostel facilities for both girl and boy students are also offered to the students. The food that is offered in the mess is of the highest quality and tastes amazing.

Faculty: The professors at the college are helpful throughout the entire duration of the course. They are trained from the esteemed institutions nationally as well as internationally. They help the students to grow not only academically but also in other aspects of life. The course material is approved and updated by AICTE. They help us to grow during the critical times of our lives and pass that phase.
