Library has more than 13,000 books and is facilitated with open book access system.Sports Hostel is attached to the college - For Men and Women separately with hygenetic mess and purified drinking water. YRC is actively functioning, by conducting various awareness programmes. YRC Co-ordinator Thiru. S. Manivannan and YRC volunteers C. Swaminathan, R. Manivenkateshwaran, K. Yasodha and M. Anitha attended State Level YRC Camp at Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, conducted by Indian Red Cross Society during 12.12.2011 to 15.12.2011.

Infrastructure The infrastructure of the college is too good. Well equipped library with well cleaned toilets. Buildings are big and can accommodate lot of people in and off.

Hostel Hostel facilities are available to both girls and boys. Food is not so good but we can be adjusted. The rooms are little old and has to be cleaned by the students.

There is only one course offered by the Government College of Education Namakkal i.e. B.Ed.
