Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

The Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies admission for 2023 will be based on the scores of CAT, MAT, and, CUET PG exams. The CUET PG exam was conducted from June 5, 2023, to June 30, 2023, by the NTA and the result for the same is expected to release in July 2023, the second week. 

Admission at HIMCS Mathura is provided only to those applicants who meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the institute. Students willing to study at the college are required to fill the application form before the deadline. The entire procedure related to HIMCS admission including the eligibility criteria, admission process, and the application process is described below.

• Students seeking admission through the management quote or against Anti Lapsed seats; (meeting the eligibility criteria) may walk in for Test & Personal Interview. 
• Selected candidates can register themselves against anticipated lapsed seats.
• Forms are available for Rs. 1000/- in cash or DD Rs. 1050/- by Courier.

For Online Admission

• Candidates applying for HIMCS Mathura admission 2023 online through HIMCS’s website will be routed to the self-application form. After successfully filling out the application form, the system will generate a unique ID & Password (Numeric) which will be the candidate’s unique identification number throughout the admission process.
• An auto-generated email will be sent to the candidate’s email id, containing the following information viz. Welcome note & Unique ID. Post generation of a unique ID, the candidate has to attend a Written Test and an Interview. Selected candidates based on the Cumulative performance of 12th, Graduation with 50%, Written Test, Interview and Rank in a competitive examination would be offered admission.

For Online Test (SAT)

SAT is the National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in the Sharda Group of Institutions (SGI). This test forms the basis of eligibility for some of the programmes and for scholarships for most of the programmes.

Counselling for Admission (for Management Quota, Anticipated/Lapsed/Vacant Seats)

Lapsed Seats: Lapsed seats are those in which students who chose a college during counselling and were offered admission by AKTU do not join or withdraw, resulting in a set of vacant seats. These seats may be filled through additional AKTU counselling or by the University authorising the college to fill the seats; if counselling sessions are completed, the procedure/eligibility for Management Quota seats applies.

Registration: Students seeking HIMCS Mathura course admissions through the Management quota or against anticipated lapsed seats (and meeting the eligibility criteria stated above) may register with the Admission Cell along with a demand draught of Rs. 30,000/- drawn in favour of the College where admission is sought, payable at Agra, and appear in an assessment test while waiting for their turn. The admittance will be announced in accordance with the established procedure.

Students can obtain the HIMCS Mathura application form online as well as offline. Discussed below are both methods.

Online Mode Application Process:

• Visit the official website of the Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies, Mathura.
• Navigate to the Admission tab and click on the ‘Apply Online’ option.
• Fill all the personal and academic credentials correctly and carefully.
• Upload the required documents.
• Make the application fee payment.
• After the successful submission of the application form, a unique ID and password are generated.
• Students are required to note down the details as they are used in the entire Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies admission process.

Offline Mode Application Process:

• Visit either the Central Admission Cell (Agra) or any Regional Offices (Lucknow, Guwahati, Patna or Kolkata).
• Collect the application form.
• Fill all the details correctly and make an application fee payment.
• Submit all the required documents to the admission cell of the Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies.

The Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies MCA admission is based on the criteria of graduation with 50% marks and scores of CUET PG. Students who have secured a rank in UPSEE along with the graduation degree are also eligible for admission to the MCA programme.

HIMCS MCA (Lateral Entry) Eligibility Criteria 2023

Applicants who have passed BCA or B.Sc (IT/CS) degree with 50% marks and Maths a subject in graduation or class 12th are eligible to take admission in MCA (Lateral Entry) course at HIMCS.

HIMCS MCA Selection Process 2023

• Admission at HIMCS of 75% MCA seats will be done based on the rank obtained in UPSEE. 
• Students willing to apply through the management quota will be offered 25% of seats only if they qualify for the aptitude test.
