The Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies admission for 2023 will be based on the scores of CAT, MAT, and, CUET PG exams. The CUET PG exam was conducted from June 5, 2023, to June 30, 2023, by the NTA and the result for the same is expected to release in July 2023, the second week.
Admission at HIMCS Mathura is provided only to those applicants who meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the institute. Students willing to study at the college are required to fill the application form before the deadline. SAT is the National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in the Sharda Group of Institutions (SGI). This test forms the basis of eligibility for some of the programmes and for scholarships for most of the programmes.
Lapsed Seats: Lapsed seats are those in which students who chose a college during counselling and were offered admission by AKTU do not join or withdraw, resulting in a set of vacant seats. These seats may be filled through additional AKTU counselling or by the University authorising the college to fill the seats; if counselling sessions are completed, the procedure/eligibility for Management Quota seats applies.
Registration: Students seeking HIMCS Mathura course admissions through the Management quota or against anticipated lapsed seats (and meeting the eligibility criteria stated above) may register with the Admission Cell along with a demand draught of Rs. 30,000/- drawn in favour of the College where admission is sought, payable at Agra, and appear in an assessment test while waiting for their turn. The admittance will be announced in accordance with the established procedure.

The Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies MCA admission is based on the criteria of graduation with 50% marks and scores of CUET PG. Students who have secured a rank in UPSEE along with the graduation degree are also eligible for admission to the MCA programme.
Applicants who have passed BCA or B.Sc (IT/CS) degree with 50% marks and Maths a subject in graduation or class 12th are eligible to take admission in MCA (Lateral Entry) course at HIMCS.
