To pursue a B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology) degree at Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Overall I have a great experience in this college,this college provides good facilities has good placements and has great number of alumni. You will get good academic experience if you pursue your higher studies from here.
Placement The College placements are good although placements from college is a skilled task but if you do work on yourself you can get a very good package through the college placement .
Infrastructure The college has a nice infrastructure, It does have good classrooms , clean washrooms, well maintained library ,workshop ,auditorium and have a great cafeteria.
Faculty The faculty of the college is very nice and humble, if you do have any problem or query you can ask them n numbers of times , they will try to help you in the best way they can .
Hostel The hostel is quite good ,its rooms and washroom are very nice and do have proper hygiene and sanitation , it also do have a good staff for hostel security and management.

Overall Hii everyone I did my graduation in Aeronautical from HITS Chennai . I feel the practical knowledge was lacking here and most of college students also facing these especially Aeronautical and Aerospace domain.
Placement Simply we got 1core company Indigo 1 candidate got in I think it's hard to get placements not only in HITS rest of the colleges in India in Aeronautical & Aerospace domain,
Infrastructure Overall infrastructure of the college was good and still clg Management are planning to build new blocks I think they should mainly focus on the entrance of the clg which was good but not to be developed much better
Faculty Senior faculties are good but now 90% of them who teach well left the college I don't know about the present situation over there most of the faculties earned PhD's from the same college
Hostel I didn't experienced hostel Life in the clg because I was a days scholar my friends used to stay for 1year in the hostel after that they came back to outside PGs
