Infrastructure: Building and college libraries are generally improved, and provide various kinds of studying places. However, you may find that most dorms/housing options are aging and uncomfy and only come with the convenience costs when paid for a premium.
Hostel: The biggest weakness in my opinion is on - campus dorms. - I stay in the cheap dorms and they are very cramped and uncounfutable while the new ones are very expensive. Eating meals at the dining hall becomes far more monotonous. Does not always fit on campus, choose if it is doable.
