The eligibility criteria for Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree at IIIT Hyderabad is a Master's degree in Engineering/Technology/Science or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Science or equivalent with a minimum of 75% marks or equivalent CGPA may also be considered.
