The campus of IMEC is well-equipped with all modern facilities so as to provide a comfortable stay as well as a suitable environment for learning to its students. It has spacious lecture halls, reading rooms, a well-stocked library, seminar hall, cafeteria, and recreation rooms. The library of IMEC is one of its major highlights. Students can find books of all genres and subjects along with important journals of national and international publications. The medical facility is also provided at the campus of IMEC for students and a doctor is available on call for doing periodical check ups.

The cafeteria at IMEC Rudrapur provides students with nutritious and hygienic snacks at subsidised prices. IMEC also provides separate common rooms for boys and girls exclusively. In their leisure time, students can read newspapers and business magazines which are provided in these common rooms for enhancing their knowledge and keeping themselves updated about the global business scenario. Recreational activities are promoted at IMEC and the common rooms include several indoor games like chess, carrom, etc. IMEC has also procured a set of Multimedia-Interactive games from the USA, A Family Entertainment Suite by SWIFT Software and COSMI Corporation (the collection includes Las Vegas super casino, card games, arcade games, board games, crossword maker etc.). The students are issued the laptop from IMEC to play these multimedia interactive games.
