Jaipur National University Scholarships 2026 - Details, Eligibility, Amount

Jaipur National University offers financial assistance and scholarships covering up to 30% of tuition fees across various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. These awards are primarily based on academic merit in qualifying examinations (Class12th or Graduation), scores in national level entrance exams such as JEE, CUET, CAT, CLAT and etc. Additionally, the university provides specialized scholarships fo national-level, state-level and district-level sports person, as well as scholarships for children of defence personnel. To apply, students must submit relevant scorecards or category-specific documentation to the Admission Cell during the enrolment process.

The Early Bird Registration (EBR) Scheme 2026-27 at Jaipur National University is designed to encourage early admissions by offering tuition fee benefits to students who confirm their admission and pay the full yearly fee within the specified timeline. Under this scheme, students can receive up to 25% tuition fee waiver depending on the admission phase and payment date.

JNU Early Bird Registration Phases and Benefits 2026

Students who pay the full first-year fee within the given deadline are eligible for EBR benefits. The percentage of fee waiver depends on the phase of admission.

Note: The EBR benefit is applicable only when the complete first-year fee is paid within the specified deadline of the respective phase.

General Conditions for JNU EBR Scheme

Students must follow the below conditions to receive the Early Bird Registration benefit:

Minimum Token Fee

• A minimum token fee of Rs 15,000 is required to confirm admission.

Exception:

• The minimum token fee condition does not apply to Nursing, Paramedical, and Allied Health Science courses.

Fee Calculation

• EBR benefits are calculated only on the tuition fee.
• Other charges such as registration, hostel, transport, or examination fees are not included.

Phase-Based Benefit Rule

• If a student takes admission in an early phase but pays the full fee later, the EBR benefit will be adjusted according to the phase in which the payment is completed.

Example

• Admission taken in Phase I
• Fee paid in Phase IV

The student will receive 15% benefit (Phase IV benefit) instead of 25%.

Programs Not Eligible for Early Bird Registration (EBR)

The Early Bird Registration benefit is not applicable for the following programs:

• All Paramedical Programs (except M.Sc. Forensic Science)
• All Education Programs (except B.Sc Psychology and BA Psychology)
• B.Tech / BCA / MCA Specializations such as Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
• Nursing Programs
• Pharmacy Programs
• B.Sc Agriculture
• All Collaborative Programs
• All Diploma Programs (except Diploma in Fashion Design)
• PhD Programs

Eligibility Criteria

• Student must complete the Undergraduate program from JNU Jaipur.
• Admission must be taken in a Postgraduate program at JNU Jaipur in the same academic session.
• No gap should exist between UG and PG studies.
