Infrastructure They provide a super good canteen and mess for the hostlers and all kinds of labs for the B.Tech students. In the university, the facility of the library is very excellent, and classes have good chairs, projector, Wi-Fi and A/C.

Faculty Faculty members are very professional in their teaching methods as they all have vast teaching experiences which ultimately is beneficial for students who gain good guidance.

Hostel This university has the hostel facilities, there is an girls and boys different hostels available. Students can also live in near PGs. You get the four times meals here.

Overall JKLU is overall a good University in terms of study and campus life. Most of the faculty is PhD holder here and some are from IIT and I think are also quite good here.

Infrastructure Infrastructure of University is quite good building and hostels are not too far. And classes are also good and comfortable here. In terms of infrastructure i will rate it 8.5 out of 10

Hostel Hostel here are comfortable and rooms are double sharing. Juniors hostel is separate from senior hostel. and in common room there's a microwave and a induction

Overall this univeristy is amazing in every course espicially in BTech, there are 13 clubs to develop skills in students and 2 annual fest 1st is sabrang cultural fest and another is spardha sports fest

Placement JKLU have 100 percent placement assistance, which is very much helpful to all students as this univeristy is only from Jk group of organisation there is no problem in core placement

Overall this univeristy is amazing in every course espicially in BTech, mess food is nice, infrastructure is amazing, hostels are amazing,placements are amazing

Overall its the best place to study if you want to pursue your MBA and build a good future for yourself. Here we work together with the teams that we have formed and try to understand the problem statement and try to analyze from different angles how the problem can be solved. There is a huge mess that has the most efficient cooking technology so that hygienic and tasty food can be cooked within a short span of time as there is huge strength of students who choose to live campus. The faculty at JKLU is very helpful. They help us navigate through the academic life.

Placement JKLU has 40+ recruiters which range from Indian railways to Nirma company. It is an honor to get a chance to work with these reputed companies. There are many more which I cannot list down in the section. The companies are increasing in number every year. The number of companies that are visiting this year are far more that had visited last year for my seniors. We also have good chances of getting into JK organization companies which offer very good pay and good working conditions for the employees. The placement which we call as career service center is very helpful and listens to our requests. The students come up name of companies that they desire to get in. the placement cell try their best to get in those companies for us. Some of the employees use their personal connections to reach out to the companies and get them on board with the hiring of the students.

Overall The curriculum and studies at JKLU is very advanced and designed to create future-ready beings rather than just job-ready. We get to work on live projects and get our hands dirty. This is great way to learn the things which are taught by the profs in the classes. Otherwise what other colleges generally do is teach in class, give some assignment to be written on project papers and that’s the end of it. But the things at JKLU is different. Here we work together with the teams that we have formed and try to understand the problem statement and try to analyze from different angles how the problem can be solved.

Placement There are more than 120 participating organizations in the recruitment process of our university. The highest salary that has been offered is 15 lakhs. This is equivalent to some of the top B schools that are there in our country. The average salary is 5 lakhs. So, this can give you a fair idea about the kind of salary that students of JKLU are offered by the industry leaders. At JKLU, we have encouraged to learn new skills with the help of the center for communication and critical thinking. This helps us to stay ahead of others in the marketplace and push forward the learning curve and help us land in good jobs. The placement cell of the university is easy to reach out to and always available to us students and have one-on-one conversations. This lessens our tensions about the placements and gives us the motivation to keep trying and get a good job offer.

Placement Before we sit through the placements we get to interact with our mentors from the industry and other experts who are actively engaged in mentoring and counselling the students. This is because JKLU wants us to figure out what are the kind of jobs that we would want to do and thereby land in jobs that we actually desire for. This helps us in preparing for the life ahead. The motive of the university is not narrow minded like most of the other universities. The highest salary package for the students is 15 lakhs! All the students of JKLU get placements and there is no one who is left behind. The students who want to open startup of their own are guided by the Atal Incubation Centre of JKLU. The Centre for entrepreneurship and innovation. JKLU is a perfect for those students have brilliant startup ideas of their own.

Overall The projects given to us require us to work in teams. Teams can vary from 2-10 members. This exercise helps understand the importance of working together with the people who come different backgrounds and cultures. It very good learning which is helping us when we work in professional life with the team-mates coming from different areas with their own biases. The curriculum is very advanced as JKLU has MOU with the various top foreign universities of the world such as -the University of Florida, Olin College of Engineering, UMass, etc. This gives us a lot of exposure to how hands-on education is like and interact with the faculty from abroad on several occasions.

Placement Last year one of my seniors got placed in a pharma startup and another one in a good startup. They both are building onto their careers and getting to learn a lot of skills that are needed to scale up. This would not have possible if not for the active efforts of the placement call to search for student’s requirements of startup culture in the organization they would want to work in. some of the students who have gone for higher education but still wanted to earn some money; they were helped by the placement cell to find freelancing jobs for them. The job offers are very good and the placement season starts from October-November. Sitting through the placement ppt is boring at times we have to compulsorily sit through all the placement ppts. The average salary package is 5 lakhs.
