JK Lakshmipat University BBA : Fees, Courses, Eligibility, Placement & Admission 2024

Overall: The Centre for data sciences at JKLU is the nerve center for all the techies of the university. This is nothing less than a for those us who are interested in development of analytical skills. We are able to run the algorithms designed by us which would not have been if not for the strong infrastructure provided by JKLU. Some of the selected students get an opportunity to pursue one semester in premier institutions. This year some of my seniors went to IIT-Gandhinagar for one sem. This is to keep us students on our toes and creates a competitive atmosphere where we burn the midnight oil to get into the best institutions of India which would make a significant impact to our resumes and separate us from the common crowd. Experiential projects-based methodology, designed with the support of Olin College of Engineering, Boston, USA helps to prepare the next generation engineers who are more technologically abled to drive innovation and adopt an empathic approach towards solving social problems.

Placement: There are number of reputed companies that visit the university like Maruti Suzuki, LG, Mahindra, L&T, ICICI, vivo etc. The pay packages offered by some the companies is very high as compared to the last year. The skill set of the students is growing and is being upgraded by making us participate in the workshop and online courses from the top universities of India. This makes the students very competitive in the job market. The highest salary offered at JKLU is 15 lakhs and the average salary package is 5 lakhs. There are times when you tend to get pessimistic due to the hectic placement drive but that’s when the career service center comes to our rescue. They conduct one on one sessions with us and motivate us to keep applying in different companies of our interest and not loose interest in the placement process. The staff is very approachable and friendly.

Overall: There is an IDBI Bank in the university premises where many of the students have their accounts so that they avail all the banking services .We the students are just made to focus on availing a good settled for themselves, the motive is narrow, and the students do now grow and evolve. we have laundry room in our university where there are number of fully automatic machines kept.

Overall: Every course that is being taught to us is designed by carefully by the experts from higher education, management studies, business leaders and industry experts. This makes sure that the syllabus that is being formed is the best possible concoction of academic knowledge, experience and experimentation. It might sound very idealistic and music to the students and his parent’s ear’s, but this is the truth. At JKLU, we study hard and take further guidance to be more effective in the subject area. There are moments when the curriculum appears to be very overwhelming to us, but then one has keep striving to reach to the heart of the concept and unravel the whole theory. I remember, once I could solve a mathematical equation for more than one week. My prof smiled at me and encouraged me to solve the equation. That was one of the moments which made me realize how powerful thing can a belief be!

Placement: All the JK companies come for recruitment at JKLU, so one doesn’t have to worry if the reputed companies hire students or not. JK organization offers very attractive salaries to the students. One of my seniors got placed in JK Paper with the package of 12 lakhs and another got placed in JK Cement at the package of 14 lakhs. What more does a student need?  There are some of us want to work in the development sector with the NGOs but still wanted to be paid decent amount of salary. The career service center figured out some organizations for us which are located in New Delhi and Bhopal. What I am really trying to tell here is the placement cell really listens to our needs and look out places for us to work at depending on the interest of the students
