Overall: There is an IDBI Bank in the university premises where many of the students have their accounts so that they avail all the banking services .We the students are just made to focus on availing a good settled for themselves, the motive is narrow, and the students do now grow and evolve. we have laundry room in our university where there are number of fully automatic machines kept.
Placement: There are number of reputed companies that visit the university like Maruti Suzuki, LG, Mahindra, L&T, ICICI, vivo etc. The pay packages offered by some the companies is very high as compared to the last year. The skill set of the students is growing and is being upgraded by making us participate in the workshop and online courses from the top universities of India. This makes the students very competitive in the job market. The highest salary offered at JKLU is 15 lakhs and the average salary package is 5 lakhs. There are times when you tend to get pessimistic due to the hectic placement drive but that’s when the career service center comes to our rescue. They conduct one on one sessions with us and motivate us to keep applying in different companies of our interest and not loose interest in the placement process. The staff is very approachable and friendly.
