B.Ed. Eligibility criteria:

• Candidates must have finished the tenth/Matriculation along with ITT Course from a recognized board/Institution with good grades.
• The Candidates should be Indian Nationals.
• Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 50% marks (40% for reserved categories).
• In-service trained teachers with D.T.Ed. in any student affiliated to Tamil Nadu state can also apply.
• The lower age limit for candidates to apply for an Exam is 21 years of age.

M.Ed. Eligibility criteria:

• Candidates must have at least 50% marks in both theory and practical, in a B.Ed degree from this University or some other recognized college and are qualified to apply for admission to an M.Ed degree program.
• The Candidates who have appeared for the second-year B.Ed degree Examination are also qualified to apply. 

Diploma Eligibility criteria:

• The candidates should not be below 18 years of age.
• The candidate must have passed or appeared in the 10+2 exam with Science as a subject (apart from Diploma in Hotel Management).
