Masters' Union Placement Overview 2025
In 2024, Masters' Union saw excellent placement results for its postgraduate batch (PGP TBM / MBA) with an estimated batch size of 120–150 students. More than 145 top recruiters took part in the placement drive, a testament to the school's increasing industry links and high employer confidence. Although the actual number of offers and placements is not revealed, the salary figures point to excellent results. The median salary was ₹28.52 LPA, the highest being ₹61.80 LPA, and the lowest at ₹19.30 LPA. Some of the top recruiters were McKinsey & Company, BCG, Bain & Company, EY, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, Axis Capital, Kotak, and Razorpay, among others. These placements reflect Masters' Union's firm focus on industry integration, hands-on learning, and career-preparedness. International pay statistics and year-over-year means were not available, but only domestic salary figures alone highlight the institution's strong performance in teaching students for high-impact positions in industries.

Masters' Union, Gurugram has released the Phase 1 Internship Placement Report for its inaugural batch. The institute has reported breakout placements in top firms in the field of Consulting, Private Equity, Marketing, Fintech, Finance etc. The Career Department of the institute reports that Masters' Union is the first B-School in India to have such prestigious companies visit for recruitment other than the IIMs and ISB. Some of the top recruiting companies of Masters' Union Internship Placement Phase 1 include:

Placement: The placements here are one of the main reason students join this college. Even though there are no official placements statistics yet, people are fairly confident for good placements.
ReportPlacement: I can’t say anything about placements yet as I’m yet to complete my first year but the way MU develops your skills, communication, presentation and resume, I don’t think placements are gonna be an issue.
ReportPlacement: As far as the placement is concerned I’m more of an entrepreneur and I do not know much about getting placed but the kind of exposure I believe the placements would be of high quality !
ReportPlacement: Masters Union offers strong placement support with excellent industry exposure.Students secure roles accross consulting,marketing,product,tech etc.Recruiters come from EY, KPMG and BCG along with leading startups and growth stage companies.
ReportPlacement: Though im not eligible for placements yet (im in my 2nd semester), we have access to them for our internship placements (yes, we intern from our first year) and they've given us amazing opportunities.
ReportPlacement: Placements for our Undergraduate course are not yet done or placed but for our Postgradutae batches it has been great which has even crossed the placement records of even IIMA
ReportPlacement: The institute places significant focus on internships, live projects, and industry exposure from early on, which helps build a strong professional profile. Career support includes guidance, networking opportunities, and interactions with companies. While the environment is demanding, it prepares students well for competitive roles and long-term career growth.
ReportPlacement: A dedicated administration team is here to look for placements and we have our resume editing sessions etc to help us get placed in good companies so y
ReportPlacement: The placements for the UG batch are not out because they are not graduated. They would be graduating in the year of 2027, but we have very good pre-placement offers in different companies and the placements for the postgraduate program are the best in the country, we have an average cost to Company of 33 lakhs and highest salary is 1.1,00,00,000 and even the least pay is 25,00,000.
ReportPlacement: There haven't been placements. Haven't happened yet, so I'm basing. This assumption from the basis of the internships internships have been great, and so we think that the placement will also be great.
