Overall: I completed BA English with Mass Communication from Mats University in 2020. The university is one of the best places for literature students. For better learning of students, debate competitions, seminars, stage plays etc. are conducted at regular intervals. The university provides merit based admission in BA English with Mass Communication course.
Placement: Despite being literature students, we were offered plenty of opportunities. Most of my batch mates got campus placements. During our summer vacation, the placement cell helped us in getting summer internships.
Infrastructure: The campus of Mats University is huge. There is ample space for students to hangout and chill. For sports enthusiasts, the university has a multi-purpose playfield. The library is well stocked with books and research papers. Whereas, classrooms are spacious and modern. In total, the university campus has sufficient facilities for students.
Faculty: The English Department faculty is highly professional and knowledgeable. They put in extra efforts to ensure students are well versed with the syllabus. The university has numerous renowned professors who have won awards at national and international level.
Hostel: I spent three years at the hostel and did not face any problem. The rooms are spacious and offer comfortable stay. To solve students' queries, the warden stays in the hostel only and can be approached easily when required.
