Medhavi Skills University Sikkim UG admission 2026 offers 25 undergraduate programmes across Engineering, Management, Commerce, Humanities, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Hospitality, Agriculture, and Nutrition. All UG programmes are full time and offered at the Medhavi Skills University Singtam and Bermiok campuses. All UG admissions are conducted through MSAT, and the university does not apply JEE, NEET, or board based cutoff criteria. Candidates with a relevant diploma qualification are eligible for lateral entry admission to allied health bachelor’s programmes and can directly join the second year, reducing the overall course duration by one year.

For MBA admission, appearing for the MSAT written test is mandatory. CAT or MAT scores are not accepted as a substitute for MSAT eligibility. MSU Sikkim admission 2026 is conducted entirely through an online process, from registration to final seat confirmation. The university does not offer any offline application mode. Admission to all 50+ programmes is based on MSAT, which serves as the common selection criterion. No separate counselling, group discussion, or personal interview is conducted for most programmes, while MBA and BBA applicants must appear for the MSAT written test for eligibility assessment.

Step 1: Register Online
Visit application.msu.edu.in and click on ‘Apply Now’. Register using your name, email ID, and mobile number.

Step 2: Verify Mobile Number and Fill Application Form
Verify your mobile number through OTP and complete the application form with personal details, academic qualifications, selected course, and preferred campus (Singtam or Bermiok).

Step 3: Pay MSAT Application Fee
Pay the non refundable MSAT application fee of INR 1,000 through net banking, UPI, or debit/credit card. The application fee is mandatory for all applicants, including those applying for MSAT exemption through valid national or state level exam scores.

Step 4: Appear for MSAT
Take the online home based MSAT examination consisting of 50 MCQs with a duration of 60 minutes and no negative marking. The test is used to assess aptitude, scholarship eligibility, and academic suitability. MBA and BBA applicants must appear for the MSAT written test.

Step 5: Receive Scorecard and Admission Offer
MSU releases the MSAT scorecard, scholarship eligibility details, and Admission Offer Letter for qualified candidates within 7 to 10 days after the test.

Step 6: Pay One Time Admission Fee
After accepting the admission offer, pay the one time admission fee as prescribed in the official prospectus to receive the Provisional Admission Letter.

Step 7: Complete Document Verification
Submit the required documents through physical or online verification at the respective campus before the academic session begins.

Step 8: Pay Tuition Fee and Confirm Admission
Pay the first semester or first year tuition fee to confirm final admission. The university issues the fee receipt and final admission letter after successful payment.

The admission process is common for all UG, PG, and Diploma programmes. Candidates applying under scholarship categories such as COI, GTA, NER, or Armed Forces Ward must submit the required supporting documents during the document verification process.

The MSAT (Medhavi Scholarship & Aptitude Test) 2026 is the university’s entrance cum scholarship examination and serves as the common admission gateway for all 50+ programmes at MSU Sikkim. Candidates holding valid scores from recognised state or national level examinations such as CUET or CMAT may be eligible for a written test waiver.
