The Moradabad Institute of Technology, commonly known as MIT, was established in the year 1996 and has been attaining new heights ever since its inception. MIT is located in the quaint city of Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh which is one of the first three degree engineering institutes in the state. It was started with only three B.Tech programmes by the Moradabad Educational Trust with an intake of 160 students.
Today, the institute runs five B.Tech courses along with an M.B.A and B.Voc course. The B.Tech programmes are offered in the fields of Electronics and Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
MIT is affiliated to Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (formerly known as UPTU) and is approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The campus of MIT is spread over an area of 13 acres with lush greenery, seven academic buildings and the latest state-of-the-art laboratories, Wi-Fi facility, computer centres, a digital library and a dedicated placement and training department.
The institute has been acknowledged with various awards like the Outstanding Institution Award, Dr Ram Manohar Lohia award for its outstanding performance in the service sector and the Institute of Engineers (India) award in 2018 among others.
With a vision to produce skilled manpower of the highest quality in India, MIT's placement department provides its students with industrial training and industrial visits which help MITians in the development of professional and practical skills.

Overall: I have many memories in my college life with my friends. It makes my life more successful and interesting. I got new friends in my college. I never forget these memories.
Placement: Our college has an average placement. every year many companies visited in our college and recruiting many students on the basis of their eligibility.
Infrastructure: College has a good infrastructure for students and teachers. There are many facilities which are important for us. There is a library in our college where you can study.
Faculty: All faculties play an important role in making us engineer as well as human. They always support us when we need their help. They provide us a friendly environment in college.
Hostel: Hostel of my college provides all facilities. Students enjoy there a happy life without any queries. Hostel of my college has more discipline. It gives a new platform for friendship.
