MIT University placement process takes place in December and July, every year. The methodical approach guarantees a smooth application process with industry leaders and their teams. 1. Pre-preparation: Various workshops and sessions, such as portfolio development, resume preparation, and interview skills, are included in the preparation phase. 

2. Placement process: An internal portfolio review is planned, during which internal faculty members provide feedback on the portfolios and recommend necessary changes and an external portfolio review is organised with industry leaders who provide feedback.

3. Administrative activities post the processes: Taking feedback from industry leaders and reporting to managers on students' performance and skills is part of the post-internship and placement phase. 

The placement cell sets up connections to create MOUs (Memorandum of Understanding) with different companies for academic and research collaborations at the global level. The students get opportunities for student internships at various reputed companies.
