September 05, 2025NIRF 2025 Rankings are out. As per NIRF Rankings 2025, Indian Institute of Management Shillong ranks 38 under the Management category
August 28, 2025GATE 2026 registration is now open at gate2026.iitg.ac.in for admission to M.Tech and research programs. Candidates can submit their applications without a late fee until September 28, 2025, while the deadline with a late fee is October 9, 2025. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, in two sessions.
August 25, 2025The GATE 2026 registration has been postponed to August 28, 2025. Regular applications close on September 28, with late submissions accepted until October 9. Exams will be held on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, and results on March 19.
August 06, 2025The GATE 2026 schedule is now available on gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Registration for GATE 2026 will begin on August 25 and will close on September 25 without a late fee, and on October 6 with a late fee. The exam is scheduled for February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026. The results will be announced on March 19, 2026.

- Once the application form is filled students have to wait until the shortlisted candidate's list is released by the institute.
- After shortlisting students are called for Group Discussion/Personal Interview. In some cases, there is no group discussion conducted depending upon the course selected.
