Admission is granted on a merit basis through career marking, followed by a Personal Interview, with no written entrance exam required. Direct admission is offered at the college level, and seats can be booked from 1st March with a non-refundable payment of INR 10,000.
For UG programmes, B.Sc. Biotechnology (Hons.) requires 10+2 Science with a minimum of 50%, while B.Sc. ITM requires 10+2 Science with a minimum of 45% aggregate. B.C.A. eligibility requires 10+2 Science, Arts, or Commerce with Mathematics. For PG programmes, both M.Sc. Biotechnology and M.Sc. Applied Microbiology require a B.Sc. degree in Biotechnology or Microbiology.
