  • Or, any other examination recognised as comparable to the above by the Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary Education.
• For Kerala, passed the Kerala Board of Secondary Education's SSLC examination. (Candidates who receive a D+ on their mark sheet should seek a marked statement from the Kerala state board.)
• Other states passed the SSLC Examination of the concerned State's Board of Secondary Education.
• For direct admission: Passed HSC (academic or vocational) courses specified in Tamilnadu Higher Secondary Schools accredited to the Tamilnadu Higher Secondary Board, with eligibility for university programmes of study or similar exams, and should have studied the following topics. Mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
