To be eligible for the M.Tech. (Master of Technology) degree program at the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Aurangabad, candidates must meet certain criteria. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute.
