The Placement Cell of ICFAI University, Ranchi is responsible for the student's summer and final placement activities. It acts as the bridge between the students and the corporate world. Under the CRMC team, the student undergoes various training processes. In the In-house training, the student undertakes the aptitude test, technical test, group discussion, resume writing and personality grooming sessions. And as far as the out-of-house training is concerned, the student undergoes a psychological test, mock interview sessions, workshops on voice modulation, mock presentation sessions and workshop on body language. The University also hires professional trainers from the industry from time to time to train the students for the recruitment. The aim of the campus recruitment training is to groom the student according to the company interface while they are still studying. The Placement Committee of IFCAI University plays a key role in assisting the students in their preparation activities and provides suitable assistance and guidance required at the time of placement. Leading companies from all the sectors are invited for the placement process by the CRMC team at ICFAI, Ranchi.
