Training & Placement Cell of Late G.N.Sapkal College of Engineering, strongly believes that the systematic timely and specific training will enable the students to strengthen their career prospective right hence it is need of hour to transform the students from their initial years to the final year of Engineering. With this vision T&P Cell Provides and facilitates the training in following disciplines.

Second year Engineering-

We at T& P Cell provide Communication and Soft Skill to the students of all branches. The object is to develop the comfort zone of the students in oral and written communication. For the said purpose LGNSCOE has appointed a full time soft skill Faculty who conducts the soft skill training for SE students.

Third Year Engineering-

To provide the Campus Recruitment Training Program of the students To conduct Campus Recruitment Training & Systematic Skill Development Program, so as to prepare students for appearing for Campus recruitment process and entrance examinations of various natures, the training includes Aptitude Test, Logical Reasoning Skill, Verbal and Non Verbal Skill, General Awareness and Personality Grooming. For accomplishing this task we outsourced Technocorp Solutions Ltd, A Pune Based Corporate Training Institution, for the students of TE. All departments have provided the T&P a 2 hour slot in every week for conduction of expert lectures.

Final Year Engineering-

To provide Campus Recruitment Training Program which Include Aptitude Test, General Awareness, Reading Comprehension Skill, Company expectations and requirements, Group Discussion and Interview facing skill, etc. For accomplishing this task we outsourced APART, A Pune Based Corporate Training Institution, It has conducted a one week training program for the students of BE. All departments have provided the T&P a 2 hour slot in every week for conduction of expert lectures.

Branding the image of the college is very essential in the eyes of Society and corporate, considering this vital issue we at T&P also undertake following activities to establish strong bonding with students through providing various alternatives of career opportunity. 

• To conduct Entrepreneurship Development Program, we have tied up with MCED, Nashik.

• To develop Industry- Institute partnership activities through HR MEET. SKH HR Meet was conducted on 1st March 2013.

• Frequent Industry Exposure through visits and live projects.

• To motivate and provide guidance to the student aspirants to opt for higher (in India & foreign) studies such as ME, M. Tech, GATE, GRE, CAT, CMAT and other exams.

• To create the awareness about various Competitive exams such as UPSC, MPSC, Indian Engineering Services, Combined Defense Service’s, Direct Entry for Technical Students in Indian Armed Forces and similar other exams.

• To conduct Soft Skill Training Modules.

• To Scheduling the Sessions On Competitive Exams

• To conduct Career Counseling.

• To increase the recruitment opportunities through Campus, off Campus and pool campus drives.
