Tamil Nadu B.Pharm Eligibility Criteria 2020
The eligibility criteria that need to be followed in order to secure B.Pharm admission in Tamil Nadu are as follows:
Academic Qualification:-
To be eligible for B.Pharm admissions in TN candidates must have passed class 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their main subjects
Minimum Qualifying Marks:-
For B.Pharm admission in Tamil Nadu, the minimum qualifying marks required in class 12th exam is mentioned below:-

Nativity or Domicile Rules:-
The residents of Tamil Nadu or the students who have studied their Class 8th to Class 12th in Tamil Nadu are eligible for admission, and they can claim state reservation policies, scholarships or concessions.
The students who have studied Class 8th to Class 12th outside the Tamil Nadu can also apply for the admission only if their parents are the residents or natives of Tamil Nadu. However, these candidates need to provide their Nativity Certificate applications at the time of admission.

Tamil Nadu B.Pharm Admission Procedure 2020
In order to secure admission to the preferred college, the candidates need to appear for the TNEA counselling process. On the other hand, the chances of getting admission to the B.Pharm colleges of your choice are based on options filled by the candidates at the time of choice filling. Some of the important guidelines that candidates need to note about the Tamil Nadu B.pharm Admission procedure is mentioned below:-
Only if candidates choose the option based on their TNEA ranking/scoring will get fair chances for admission. To have more clarity, the students are advised to check the previous year's opening and closing marks of that particular college.
For instance, if the candidates choose the institute whose cut off is hight, then the chances of getting admission in that respective college for the candidates are less.
Before the beginning of the counselling process, Anna University will publish in the list of candidates eligible for B. Pharm admission. Candidates Name, Category, Score, and Ranking will be mentioned in the merit list. The candidates may refer to the opening and closing ranks of college based on their ranking.

Tamil Nadu B.Pharm Counselling Process 2020
The entire TNEA counselling process involves various stages and can be verified below:
Registration:
To register for the counselling process, candidates have to visit the official website of TNEA. Candidates must have a valid e-mail and mobile ID for their registration. After submitting the above details, the login Id and password will be generated.
Application Fee Payment:
The application fee for the reserved categories, the TNEA application fee is Rs 250/- and for the General category, it’s Rs 500/-. Candidates can use credit/debit card / Internet banking in the online mode to pay for TNEA application fees. A payment receipt will be generated after the payment is made. Save it for future use.
Applicants at the facilitation centre can pay their fee to the officer present at the facilitation centre.
Application Form Filling:
After paying the counselling fee, the TNEA online application form will be available. The candidates must fill out the application form by providing their academic and personal information.
Application Submission:
Check the details entered on the online application form before clicking on the ' Submit ' button. If all the information entered in the application form is correct in the knowledge of the candidate, submit the application form and take a print out of it as a future reference.
Document Verification:
Candidates will be required to visit the nearest facilitation centre for application and document verification. For certificate verification, it is mandatory to carry all the necessary documents and certificates.
Declaration of Merit/ Rank List:
A few days after the document verification has been completed, the TNEA authority will release a merit list that includes the candidates ' names, rank, category, and standardised score. Candidates whose names are in the TNEA merit list will be eligible to participate in the online choice filling.
Online Choice Filling:
Applicants must sign in to TNEA official website and complete the online choice filling form. On the official website, the listing of colleges, opening and the closing cut-off is published. Based on the candidates' scores/ marks, they must choose the list of colleges. It is advisable to complete as many options as possible to increase the chances of admission.

The seat allotment process for Tamil Nadu B.Pharm admission is as follows:

I Reject Current Allotment and Move to the Next Round | If the candidates are not satisfied with the allocation of their seat, they should tick ' I reject the current allocation' and switch to the next round. The succeeding rounds of the TNEA counselling process will be open to these applicants. |
I Decline Current Allotment and Quit Counselling | This option is available to those candidates who wish to leave the TNEA counselling. After that they are not allowed to appear on the next round of TNEA counselling nor the allocation of seats will be considered for these candidates. |
