The M.Tech fee is INR 71,000 per year for both specialisations. These fees include only the tuition fee. Students also need to pay extra charges such as examination fees, university fees, development fees, and security deposit at the time of admission. These extra charges may change every year.

How to Pay PIEMR Indore Fees 2026?
PIEMR Indore fee payment can be completed through the official college website, piemr.edu.in, or by visiting the admissions office. Admission to the college is conducted through MP DTE counselling at dte.mponline.gov.in. Students can start the fee payment process after their seat is confirmed through the DTE counselling portal.
- After getting the seat allotment letter from the MP DTE portal (dte.mponline.gov.in), students should visit the PIEMR Indore admission office located at Scheme No. 74-C, Sector-D, Vijay Nagar, Indore – 452010.
- Students must carry all original documents for verification. These include the Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet, JEE Main score card for B.Tech admission, GATE score card for M.Tech admission, MP Domicile Certificate, Income Certificate (if required), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Transfer Certificate (TC), and Migration Certificate.
- Submit all documents at the admission counter for verification. After verification, collect the fee demand note or challan from the admission office. The challan will include the complete fee details, including tuition fees and other charges.
- Students can pay the fees through Demand Draft (DD) in favour of PIEMR Indore or by using Net Banking, NEFT, or UPI as instructed by the admission office. Online fee payment details are also available on the official website, piemr.edu.in.

PIEMR Indore Fee Refund Policy 2026
PIEMR Indore follows the fee refund rules set by AICTE and UGC. These rules are compulsory for all AICTE-approved private engineering colleges in India. The refund amount is decided based on the time when a student cancels admission after paying the first-year fee. The refund is given according to a sliding-scale policy, which means the amount may be reduced depending on the withdrawal date.
