3. Confirm the Form: Click the “Preview” button to double-check your information. If everything is correct, click “Confirm.” (Note: You cannot proceed to payment until the form is confirmed.)
4. Access the Payment Section: Once confirmed, navigate back to the left-hand side menu and click on “Payable Fees.” The exact fee amount for your specific course will appear on the screen.
5. Proceed to Pay: Click on the “Pay Now” button. The system will automatically redirect you to the official payment gateway at feepayr.com.
6. Choose Payment Method: On the gateway, select your preferred online payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) and complete the transaction.
7. Wait for Confirmation: Once the transaction is successful, a confirmation message will pop up on your screen. Do not refresh the page while the payment is processing.
8. Download Your Receipt: To get your official fee receipt, go to the feepayr.com Home Page → Payment History → Detail Receipt → Print. A digital copy of the receipt will also be sent directly to your registered email ID.

Important Note: Your admission is considered strictly provisional until the online fee payment is fully successful and the receipt is generated.

R.D. National College fee refund policy follows the guidelines set by the University of Mumbai and the Government of Maharashtra. Refund amounts and timelines depend on when a student chooses to withdraw from the course. If a student decides to cancel their admission, they must submit a formal written application addressed to the Principal or the Head of the Institution. Here is the official fee deduction schedule based on exactly when you cancel your admission:

• Before the academic term begins: Only INR 500 is deducted as an administrative charge, and the remaining amount is refunded to you.
• Up to 20 days after the term starts: 20% of the total fees will be deducted.
• Between 21 and 50 days after the term starts: 30% of the total fees will be deducted.
• Between 51 and 80 days after the term starts: 50% of the total fees will be deducted.
• From September 1st to September 30th: 80% of the total fees will be deducted.
• After September 30th: No refund is provided (100% deduction).

Important Rules to Keep in Mind

• Professional Courses: For unaided or professional courses, the refund is calculated differently on a pro-rata basis, and absolutely no refunds are given after August 31st.
• Required Documents: You must hand over your original fee receipt and college Identity Card along with your written refund application. If you lose your fee receipt, the college will charge an INR 50 penalty to process your request.
