The Rizvi College of Hotel Management (RCHM) offers B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Technology and RCHM has been affiliated to the Mumbai University and is UGC approved. It has state of the art infrastructure available. The faculty are highly qualified and experienced. It follows an Industry-relevant curriculum. It provides 100% placement assistance to students. The college was established in 1992 by the Rizvi Education Society. The college has an aim to produce experts in the field that are suited to every sector of the hospitality, the administration and the planning and strategy development industries. The mission is to provide value-added education for students of the highest standards and also to seek to mould them into professionals that are dedicated, disciplined and resourceful. The college is always trying to update their teaching skills and knowledge. It also tries to motivate students by recognizing each student as a unique individual. MOU was signed with Fraser Valley and Johnson and Wales University. The Training and Placement Department organizes a number of training programs for the students with the help of in-house experts. The activities have proved exceptionally useful in shaping the career of students. The Department co-ordinates with Faculty members and Councillors /Co-Councillors in moulding the students to the requirements of the hospitality industry.

The Training and Placement Department organizes a number of training programs for the students with the help of in-house experts. The activities have proved exceptionally useful in shaping the career of students. The Department co-ordinates with Faculty members and Councillors/Co-Councillors in moulding the students to the requirements of the hospitality industry. RCHM invites Five Star properties and other recruiters such as Airlines and International fast-food chains to be a part of the placement process at Rizvi HMCT.
The classrooms are spacious so that they instil an ambiance that encourages learning in the students and even makes the sessions comfortable for lecturers. The college has a well-stocked library that provides extra information for students to be able to gain more knowledge. There is a training kitchen available for basic and advanced training for students to experiment with food in new and innovative ideas or just learn and practise more. There is also a housekeeping lab for students in the same course to practise what is taught in theory classes. A computer laboratory aids the technology needs of the students for them to gain more knowledge, and it has internet facilities. The institute also has a bakery and confectionery training lab to enable students to practice their pastry skills. The college has a hotel and resort that students can use for real life exposure; this includes a mock bar and training front office as well. A seminar hall and a conference room are places where guest lecturers and seminars or workshops may take place. There is also a student mess available.
