For the academic year 2024, the admission to the MBA courses at Saveetha University will be done based on CAT 2023. The CAT 2023 results were released on December 21, 2023. • As per the Saveetha University admission process, candidates who wish to pursue BE/B.Tech courses will be selected through TNEA counselling.
• ME aspirants have to fill in their TANCET score in the Saveetha University application form 2023, and upon shortlisting, they will be directly called for admission. Saveetha University admission to ME courses is granted based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exam.
• Saveetha University Law Entrance Exam (SULEE) is a computer-based test, which is mandatory to qualify for admission to law. Upon qualifying for the examination, candidates are invited for admission by the Saveetha University admission committee (the admission committee is different for different courses). Candidates for Saveetha University admission are based on their overall performance in the last qualifying examination, SULEE marks.
• PhD aspirants are exempted from written tests only if they have qualified for national-level entrance examinations such as UGC/CSIR NET-JRF, SET, GATE, or Teacher Research Fellowship.
• For Saveetha University admission to medical courses, the selection for admission is made based on performance in the NEET exam. Merit lists are prepared for each category, i.e. candidates belonging to categories such as SC, ST, OBC, PWD, and EWS are eligible for marks concession as per the approved admission policy of Saveetha University.

• Candidates have to visit the Saveetha University official website.
• Select the programme and fill in the registration form with the required information, including educational details, personal details, and contact address.
• Scanned signatures and colour photographs of the candidate must be uploaded along with the Saveetha University application form. To avoid any difficulty in the Saveetha University application process, candidates are advised to keep all the required documents, such as birth certificate, category certificate, last qualifying degree certificate, etc., handy.
• Finally, submit the application form and pay the Saveetha University application fee via any online payment method such as net banking, credit and debit cards, BHIM UPI, Paytm, etc. 
• Candidates are advised to keep the receipt of the fee paid as proof for further reference. If the confirmation page is not generated after completing the fee payment, the transaction is cancelled, and the deducted amount is refunded to the candidate's account. Then candidates have to make transactions again.

Saveetha University admission are offered in two-year Master of Engineering (M.E.) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) programmes at the postgraduate level. Additionally, it provides six years of Integrated ME/M.Tech. Students must have a B.Tech. or B.E. in the relevant field to be admitted. The Anna University & Consortium of Self-Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges in Tamilnadu hold entrance exams (TANCET/CET), which are used to make the final selection. Students can apply for direct admission if they have a valid GATE score. The GATE score will be used as the basis for selection.

The university provides 13 and 7 different speciality subjects for the doctor of medicine and master of surgery degrees, respectively. Each course has a three-year availability period. Students who desire to pursue a career in teaching can do so at Saveetha University by enrolling in the B.Ed. and M.Ed. programmes. Two years and one year, respectively, are the duration periods. The pre-degree qualification or an equivalent is used to determine eligibility for admission to the B.Ed. and M.Ed. programmes. Candidates for both the B.Ed and M.Ed degrees must have graduated in their respective fields of study.

Students who desire to pursue careers in administration and medical science can take courses like MBA, M.Sc. (Faculty of Medicine), and Integrated M.Sc. (Medical with PhD) at the postgraduate level. The MBA programme lasts for two years, while the M.Sc. and Integrated M.Sc. programmes last for three years. The M.Sc. in Nursing programme lasts one year.

Eligible candidates must take the Management Aptitude Test (MAT), TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test), or Anna University's Common Entrance Test (CET) in order to be considered for MBA admission.
