The MHT CET 2026 registration process is likely to begin in the final week of December 2025, in line with last year’s late-December schedule. For the first time, the exam will be held twice—in April and May. The PCM papers are scheduled for April 11–19 and May 14–17, while the PCB papers are expected to take place from April 21–26 and May 10–11, 2026.

THE NEET UG 2026 exam will be tentatively held on May 3, 2026. Registration is expected to open in the first week of February, with no changes in the exam pattern.

The NEET UG 2025 Online Stray Vacancy Round final seat allotment result has been released on mcc.nic.in for MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing programmes. Institute reporting is now underway and will remain open until November 20, 2025.

Admission authority and procedure at the entry levels into the course will be as per the directions of Government of Maharashtra / Director of Technical Education prevailing at the time of admissions.
