Sri Balaji College of Pharmacy Jaipur Placement Process 

Students undergo a proper training module designed by the placement cell. They go through several activities like mock tests, psychometric tests, group discussions as well as personality development sessions. Each student must also undergo summer training as well. At the time of the final interview, eligible students are required to submit their portfolios to the visiting companies depending on the job description and criteria. The final placement interview takes place either on-campus or off-campus depending on the schedules of the company and the college. In the end, selected students are given their offer letters if selected and they go on to join the company or organization. 

The College has also formed a placement consortium as a part of its social outreach program to help the students of the nearby colleges. These students get an opportunity to collectively apply for placements during the placement consortium. 

Every year, the students need to undergo a summer training and internship program which is made mandatory according to the curriculum.
