Shri Ram Institute believes that students should work in summer internships as they would have a much better idea about the industry and how they should prepare themselves in the coming months to be industry-ready. More than 80% of the students had gone for summer internships, and some of the companies have stated that they would like the candidate to come work for them once their course is completed.

Most of the alumni members of Shri Ram Institute are currently either engaged in the hotel industry or in the aviation industry. Students who graduated from the MHM course are dispersed across many managerial levels.
