Overall SSTC is one of the top 10 colleges in Chhattisgarh It has below average placement Hostel of SSTC is low quality Mess has terrible food Many computers in labs are not working
Placement Placement is below average Highest package is usually 5 Lakhs per annum Lowest Package is 3 Lakhs per annum Mass recruiters such as TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture cognizant visits campus
Infrastructure Infrastructure is old and benches are scribbled Library only has books related to the curriculum College has canteen which offers snacks like dosa and samosa College has a ground though they don't clean it often College has gym which has a fees of 600 for 3 months College has 2 stationary shop, one fruit juice shop, and a snack shop Labs have Air conditioning There are around 10 labs in computer science and engineering block College has an account section and info cell
Faculty Faculties are mostly students of SSTC They are not so good or qualified They don't care much about their students Their teaching is below average and not so good
Hostel Hostel is affordable but the quality of the food is not acceptable. Very bad quality of food is provided. Everyday we have different menu. Breakfast is good but rest of the meals are very bad. 4 students live in one room
