The lab was conceived with the intention of becoming a live classroom in which students will learn the ins and outs of the food production managing business. This lab will get them the tools they need to work at world -renowned restaurants , hotels or their own business. The students can have the privilege of witnessing and learning about different cuisines during the food production classes.Food and Beverage are a big part of the hospitality industry, where in our students will have hands-on experience in the academy's f&b lab. This lab will prepare students in the restaurant/Food & Beverage management, where in the students are trained to meet the standards of the world class Food and Beverage service industry.The front office training lab is used for training students in all operational aspects of the front office. this includes room reservation , registration, guest relations, telephones, cashiering, guest accounting, revenue management, taking care of VIPs etc...
