SIMC Pune Campus
Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication, Pune campus is well-known for its infrastructure. The campus is surrounded by modern living standards in the city of Pune. The college has an Academic Block where academic growth of the students take place. All the rooms of the block are well furnished and equipped with modern technologies. Classrooms of the college are installed with LCD projectors, the latest speakers and other equipment.
Studios are available at SIMC Pune. One of the studios at SIMC Pune was launched by legendary actor Shri Amitabh Bachchan which serves for improving education in the mass communication courses and media communication. Studios of the college are installed with Avid and Adobe Premiere systems, 2 studio camera and audio equipment, 4 Panasonic P2 HVX202AEN, 4 DVX-102, and 5 Panasonic Handicams. These facilities help students gain practical knowledge and teach them a new view of understanding the problems and solve them better.
Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication, Pune campus has many labs from all departments and courses. The college has a Media Lab with software like IRS and BMW Prime are installed in all of the PC’S. All Computer labs installed at the lab of SIMC Pune has updated processor and RAM including much-updated software. The college has an auditorium of 600 Seats where all the main events and functions of the college take place.
SIMC Pune campus organizes inter-college events as well as in campus events at college Auditorium. An ambulance is always available for emergency situations for their students. Students enrolled in SIMC Pune have to go through a health check-up which is conducted by the college at regular interval at the college building. Other facilities available at the college campus are Cafeteria, Library, 24*7 working Internet and Symbiosis Studios.
Students registering for any program at SIMC may opt for the Hostel Facility available at the campus itself. The hostel facility provides residential facility to both girls and boys students including staff members. Facilities like Medical, Mess, Security, Sports, Laundry, Wi-Fi are available at the hostel Buildings.

Infrastructure Infrastructure of this college is really very good very beautiful and peacefull environment we can see because of good infrastructure very attractive buildings are there and they always keep it clean
Hostel Hostel is a place where we have to stay for not only two or three days we have to live there for some years and I can say that in this hostel I never felt like I'm not in my own house or home my homies are really good supporting and Enviornment is really great and food is so tasty and healthy as well

Hostel Since the starting of my college I have been in a flat of my own. 2BHK AND 1 roommate. Honestly I would suggest you to live for a year in the hostel because I have heard that a lot of crazy stuff goes down there. Although I do not have an experience in living in the hostel but as per the flat rates that are currently going on in viman Nagar or very high. I am living in a flat so I could say living in a flat is kind of better for your personal growth also because it helps in managing everything that you have to manage in your coming forward life.
