College with vibrant campus

Overall: Here im sharing my experience about STES campus, Kusgaon (bk), lonavla. Talking about the campus, its beautiful and calm. Along with studing you get extracurricular facilities like indoor/outdoor sports such as tt, chess, carrom, basketball, lawn tt, football court, etc. Also there is seperate ground for cricket as well has swimming pool. Fir studing there's facilities of reading room where you can group study/by urself also u get faster wifi.

Placement: I dont really know much about the placement. Students are supposed to go the main branch that is at vadgaon pune campus for placements , there most of the company hires in bulk. Depending upon ur cgpa marks in all four years, skills and as well as ur interview marks you are placed in a company

Infrastructure: So about the infrastructure all the buildings in campus are white coloured but they are strong enough. College buildings from inside are beautiful and vibrant.

Faculty: About skn college, here the faculty is good, they do have well teaching experience, are interactive. Not only the lecturers but also other faculty members are friendly and helpful. But teachers usually teach in Marathi or hindi depending upon upon majority students intrest. So if u r someone from outside Maharashtra than you might find it different to understand what they are teaching since majority students are comfortable to learn in marathi and teachers are also not fluent English speakers.

Hostel: There are hostel and mess facilities for students; seperate boys and girls hostel as well as seperate mess. Girls hostel gate closes at 9 pm after that you are not allowed to roam outside, about boys idk. Reviewing about the food(girls mess) it depends, many a time its good sometimes not. There is wifi facility but it isnt enough, and sometimes dont even reach till ur bed, you will have to seat outside. Inside rooms are spacious, one room accomodates 4 beds hence in each room 4 roomates. The walls of rooms are lime plastered(chuna), they aren't coloured. Other hostel facilities are quite good, 24/7 water, drinking water, hot water only in the morning, safety for girls, etc.

Overall: Classrooms are moderately furnished, teaching staff of first year is very well qualified but from second year, staff is comparatively less qualified but all professor are friendly in nature. seniors are helpful and thing like ragging don't happens.

Placement: Highest package here in recent placements was of 47 LPA, In sinhgad institutes it has centralised placement system means all institutes of all the campuses across the state have common united placements.

Infrastructure: infrastructure is around 12 years old but it's good, classroom benches are quite old and uncomfortable but other furniture is good. institute have its own 2 seminar hall and a library, in campus we have ground and indoor game hall including chess, badminton, table tennis etc. i play there every day its good

Faculty: Teachers of first year are well qualified but from second year teachers are a bit less qualified as compared to first year. Teachers of less industrial experience all staff is friendly and promotes innovative and problem solving approach

Hostel: I am a hosteler here, in each room here there are 4 beds and attached bathroom and toilet. maid comes trice a week to clean the room. wardens are strict and security in the campus is very good. For boys hostel time is 6am to 10pm and for girls its 6am to 9 pm. mess food is decent not good not bad.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure refers to the basic physical and organizational structures and facilities needed for the operation of a society or enterprise. It includes everything from roads, bridges, and buildings to communication systems, transportation networks, and energy grids. Infrastructure is a vital component of any modern society, as it plays a crucial role in supporting economic development, social well-being, and overall quality of life. One of the key functions of infrastructure is to facilitate the movement of people, goods, and services. Efficient transportation systems, such as roads, highways, railways, and airports, are essential for connecting cities and regions, enabling trade and commerce, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services. Additionally, reliable communication networks, such as telephone lines, internet connections, and mobile networks, are critical for facilitating the exchange of information, enabling widespread access to knowledge and resources, and fostering social connections. Furthermore, infrastructure plays a critical role in supporting economic development and growth. Well-developed infrastructure reduces the costs of doing business, enhances productivity, and attracts investment. For example, modern ports and airports facilitate international trade, while reliable energy grids and water supply systems support industrial activities. In developing countries, the lack of adequate infrastructure can act as a barrier to economic development, hindering businesses from operating efficiently and effectively. Infrastructure also plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals and communities. Access to basic services, such as clean water, sanitation, and healthcare, is essential for maintaining the health and well-being of populations. Well-designed public spaces, parks, and recreational facilities contribute to the overall livability of cities and improve the quality of life for residents. Additionally, infrastructure systems that are resilient to natural disasters and climate change can help communities adapt and recover from adverse events. However, maintaining and expanding infrastructure can be a significant challenge for governments and organizations. Infrastructure projects often require significant investment of resources, time, and expertise. In addition, infrastructure systems are subject to wear and tear over time and must be regularly maintained and upgraded to ensure their continued functionality and reliability. In conclusion, infrastructure is a crucial element of any modern society, supporting economic development, social well-being, and overall quality of life. By investing in and maintaining robust infrastructure systems, governments and organizations can create the foundation for a sustainable and prosperous future. It is essential that we continue to prioritize infrastructure development to meet the growing needs of our ever-evolving society.

They are experts in their subject matter and are able to convey complex concepts in a way that is easily understandable to students. Through their lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations, faculty members help students gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter and develop critical thinking skills. In addition to teaching, faculty members also serve as mentors to students. They provide guidance on academic and career goals, offer support during challenging times, and help students navigate the complexities of university life. Faculty members also serve as resources for students, providing advice on course selection, research opportunities, internships, and job prospects. Hostel: Hostels are a popular accommodation option for budget-conscious travelers, students on a gap year, and backpackers looking for a social and communal lodging experience. These establishments typically offer dormitory-style sleeping arrangements, shared bathrooms, and common areas like lounges or kitchens where guests can mingle and socialize. Hostels are a great way to meet new people from around the world, exchange travel tips and stories, and create lasting memories. One of the main attractions of staying in a hostel is the affordability factor. Hostels are usually much cheaper than hotels or other types of accommodation, making them a great option for those looking to save money while traveling. This allows travelers to extend their trip or allocate more of their budget to activities and experiences rather than expensive accommodations. In addition to being budget-friendly, hostels offer a unique and vibrant atmosphere that is hard to replicate in other types of accommodations. The communal nature of hostels means that guests are encouraged to interact with each other, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendship among travelers. Whether it's sharing a meal in the kitchen, playing a game in the common room, or exploring the city together, hostels provide ample opportunities for guests to connect with like-minded individuals and create new friendships. Furthermore, hostels often provide a range of amenities and services to cater to the needs of their guests. Many hostels offer free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, luggage storage, and sometimes even guided tours or activities. Some hostels also have private rooms for those who prefer a bit more privacy while still enjoying the social aspect of hostel life. Hostel staff are usually knowledgeable about the local area and can provide valuable advice on things to see and do, as well as insider tips on where to eat and drink. This can be especially helpful for first-time travelers or those exploring a new destination for the first time. While hostels may not offer the luxury and privacy of a hotel, they make up for it with their unique charm, social atmosphere, and affordability. Staying in a hostel can be a truly memorable experience, offering a chance to make new friends, share experiences, and immerse oneself in the local culture. Whether you're a solo traveler looking to meet new people or a group of friends seeking an affordable and fun place to stay, hostels are a great option for those looking for a unique and memorable travel experience.
