Overall As a former BTech in Computer Science student at SNDT Women's University I feel like I was taught by some of the best teachers in India. All my teachers were highly experienced and educated. Thanks to the placement cell of our university I was also able to land a job at TCS. BTech fees at this university is rs 4,68,000 for the complete course. I recommend this university for BTech to aspiring students.
Placement SNDT Women's University placements for four-year UG courses including BTech was conducted in 2023 and the median package was Rs 4.5 LPA. I also participated in the process and got placed in TCS with a package of Rs 3.10 LPA. I can't say I am satisfied with the package but I am trying hard to get a better package in my next job.
Infrastructure SNDT Women's University infrastructure like administrative buildings, residential buildings, and academic buildings are all located on the same campus. The university offers facilities like hostels, a sports complex, computer labs, convenience stores, ATMs, etc on the campus.
Faculty SNDT Women's University BTech in Computer Science course has a total of six faculty members. The professors have varying teaching experience from 9 to 31 years. My favourite teachers were Sumedh N Pundkar and Dr Rachna Dhannawat.
Hostel SNDT Women's University hostel has facilities like clean rooms, common bathrooms, laundry service, warden supervision, and a security guard. The hostel fees for a quad occupancy room was Rs 16,800 per year and for double occupancy, the fees was Rs 18,000 per year. Mess fees was charged separately and it was Rs 2500 per month.
