In order to get admission in BDS at Sri Venkateswara Dental College and Hospital, you need to first fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned below:-

• Must have passed 10+2 examination or Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.

• Students belonging to the category other than SC/ST need to secure minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany / Zoology)

• Students belonging to SC / ST category need to secure at least 40% marks in the above-mentioned subjects.

Admission:-

• In Sri Venkateswara Dental College and Hospital, 65% of the Total Seat (65 seats) will be filled by the Government of Tamilnadu through a single-window system.

• The remaining 35% of seats (35 seats) will be allotted through the Management quota.

Management Quota:-

Anybody who is seeking seats or admission under management quota shall take TNPPCA-HS conducts an entrance exam approved by the Government of Tamilnadu. The final selection will be done on the basis of candidates marks secured in the qualifying exam and score secured in the entrance test.
