SDDGPI actively participated in World No Tobacco Day, observed globally on May 31st. The Department of Public Health Dentistry organised a program focusing on empowering students and the community. Through the event, a dental camp at Bajrang Bhawan, Narayangarh, offered free check-ups, treatments, and counseling on oral health and tobacco cessation. A pledge ceremony witnessed participants vowing to quit tobacco for a healthier life. At SDDGPI, Barwala, a lecture by Dr. Surbhi Jindal (Civil Hospital, Ambala) educated students on the dangers of tobacco. A poster making competition and meme/reel creation contest raised awareness in a creative way.
Swami Devi Dyal Group of Professional Institutions held a ceremony to celebrate graduating students receiving job offers. The event was hosted by Dr. Akanksha followed by an inspiring opening speech by Mr. Barjinder Suri, TPO. The event was organised to recognise the achievement of 116 students who received offers from top companies. The college president congratulated the students and highlighted the college's commitment to providing career opportunities. The ceremony included speeches from faculty and students and a cake cutting ceremony. The selected top achievers also shared their experiences and support and guidance provided by the college and the placement cell.

The league followed a thrilling T20 format, ensuring fast-paced action and nail-biting encounters. With Five teams competing against each other in a round-robin format, followed by knockout stages, the schedule was packed with back-to-back matches. Matches were held on May 02, 2024 to May 06, 2024, allowing students to unwind and cheer for their favorite teams amidst their academic commitments. Bihar Regiments Team was able to mark themselves as Winners whereas Haryana Team was among the finalists.

Career counselling is crucial in today's rapidly changing job market. Ms. Japjot Kaur's guest lecture will inspire and empower students to make informed career decisions. She then shared various ideas and tips to help the students get good jobs. It served as an eye-opening session for the students. She also emphasised the importance of technical development for the students. By offering insightful remarks and useful guidance, Ms. Kaur aims to provide participants the skills and self-assurance they need to start fulfilling careers. TG PGECET 2026: The TG PGECET 2026 examinations would come to an end by June 1, 2026, with the completion of the remaining science subjects examinations. Following the previous years' pattern, it takes about four to five days from the end of the examination for the authority to announce the response sheet and provisional answer key. The TG PGECET 2026 response sheet is thus expected to be announced during the first week of June on the official website of TG PGECET.

KCET Result 2026: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), in one of its latest tweets on its official X (formerly Twitter) page, has indicated that the KCET result 2026 might be announced only after June 1, 2026, which will be after the conduct of the Agriculture & Veterinary Practical examination in Hiriyur Centre. According to the latest development, the KEA will declare the KCET/UGCET result 2026 before June 6, 2026.

RGUKT AP Application Form 2026: Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies Andhra Pradesh (RGUKT AP) has reconfirmed that the online application process for the UG admissions of 2026 will have to be submitted by May 30, 2026, by 5 PM. AP EAMCET Results 2026: APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) has officially decided to delay the declaration of results of AP EAMCET/ AP EAPCET 2026.
