Step 1: Applicants interested in getting admission to Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University, are required to visit the website of SSIU and click on the admissions tab. Then they need to click on ‘Apply Now’, in which case they would be redirected to the SSIU application page. Step 2: On clicking the ‘Apply Now’, the applicant needs to enter the contact details and their name, email address, state, city, mobile number, a course in which they are interested, and other required details. 

Step 3: a valid email id is mandatory for continuing with the application process. The applicant needs to verify their email address by entering the OTP. To verify the email address, click on the ‘verify now’ button and then an OTP will be sent to the mail, which needs to be entered for verification. 

Step 4: This email id shall be used for communication purposes throughout the admission process, and it cannot be changed. If the candidate has mistyped the email (before verification), then he/she can go back and change it.

Step 5: Once the email verification is completed, the candidate can proceed to the application page. Here, the applicant needs to enter their details such as father’s name, mother’s name and other family details. 

Step 6: The aspirant needs to enter their communication details like parent’s contact number, address, etc. Then academic information needs to be entered. This needs to be done properly. Any error in this section can lead to the candidate’s disqualification as eligibility criteria are checked via the academic information entered by the candidate. The academic information includes Class 10 passing marks and year, Class 12 passing marks and year, details of the school, etc.

Step 7: After this is done, the candidate needs to upload their mark sheets of Class 10 and Class 12, Aadhar Card, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate, Admit Card of Class 10, and Transfer Certificate with a photograph of the candidate. 

Step 8: Lastly, the candidate must pay the non-refundable application fees. One can pay through Gpay, UPI, net banking, credit card, bank transfer, debit card, and others. After that, the applicant would require to go to the merchant site where the payment needs to be completed.

Step 9: Download the application form once the payment is done and keep it safe for future use. It must be noted that the application form will only be considered submitted once payment is made.

Step 10: There are specific courses such as MBA, which require PI round and some other courses like Architecture which require portfolio making and some tests for which the candidates would be called after the application process is over. The student needs to keep checking the dashboard and their mail from which the entrance test details could be downloaded.

Step 11: After the selection process, the students would get an email about whether they were selected. The selection letter will be sent directly to the student if they fulfil the eligibility criteria for those who don’t need to give the entrance test. 

Step 12: Once the selection letter is mailed, the applicant needs to go to the institute and then the document verification process is carried out.
