While the course requires dedication, many students find it rewarding, which is thanks to good placements and a supportive community.

Placement: SIDTM enjoys a robust placement track record. Our seniors have had a 100% placement track record, wrapping up their full placement cycle in just 14 days. Top recruiters include major consulting and IT firms- with role offers ranging from business analyst, consulting, marketing and varied roles in the BFSI sector. Our average package ranges from 12-13 LPA and our highest from 27-29 LPA. Also, the number of PPOs received has also been breaking records each year.

Infrastructure: The campus at SIDTM is well-equipped with modern classrooms with audio-visual aids, high-speed Wifi, computer labs and a large online as well as offline library. The surroundings are lush and serene, almost like living in a resort for two whole years. Beyond books, the institute offers amenities like our multipurpose sports ground, multiple indoor games like table tennis, chess and carrom, a gym, a swimming pool and a recreational area to unwind. Overall, the infrastructure if built to support both studies and holistic student well-being.

Faculty: The faculty at SIDTM are often praised for their expertise in industry experience, which helps bring practical insights to theory-heavy subjects. For students from non-tech backgrounds like me, bridge classes are a boon! The curriculum balances traditional MBA subjects with newer digital/telecom-oriented courses giving a good mix of managerial and technical knowledge.

Hostel: Hostel accommodation at SIDTM is pretty clean and well maintained. The hilly view with a relaxing vibe, the smooth wifi, 24/7 hot and cold water availability for bathing, cleaning staff and a common kitchen, everything is premium level. We also have a mess with quality and timely food and various Symbi street cafes and a midnight cafe to satisfy our cravings.

Overall: As a current SIDTM student, my advice is to treat the cutoff as your first filter, not you. With focused SNAP preparation and clarity on why you want this specialization, clearing the cutoff is achievable and opening doors to strong academics, a good peer group and solid placements. Just aim above the previous cutoffs and you will find the effort absolutely worth it once you experience the campus and curriculum.

Placement: SIDTM is consistently doing good when it comes to placements. The highest package offered was 29.04 lakhs. Consulting is the major role offered on campus. The college has some of the most premium consulting recruiters such as the Big 4.

Infrastructure: The college has all the facilities that a Bschool should have. It has a dedicated swimming pool, gym, badminton and squash courts, volleyball and football grounds. The college is well known for its infrastructure such that we had movie shootings held on the campus multiple times.

Faculty: The faculty is very supportive and involved with the students. They ensure that every student in the class understands all the concepts well. They make sure to ask any student questions randomly to know whether a student is involved in the class. On top of that, we have bridge classes conducted by the faculties for students who are weak in tech and after sitting for those lectures everyone is at same level.

Hostel: The college is based on a hilltop, and it has a beautiful valley and city views from hostel rooms. We have cooking facilities in the hostel where one can easily make their own food although the mess food is great but still on can cook whenever they feel like. Hostel rooms have hot water facilities and proper cleaning is done by the staff.

Hostel: I live in a two sharing hostel room which have an amazing view of hills. In the morning I can see peacocks outside my window. The hostel is well equipped. We have dedicated wardrobe, separate washrooms for each room , 24/7 water and electricity. Warden is very helpful and regular cleaning is done.
