For BBA students, the internships focus on understanding business operations, workflows, and decision-making processes within organisations. Students also get exposure to problem-solving and management practices used in companies.

The program is designed to connect classroom learning with industry requirements by giving students hands-on experience while they are still pursuing their degree.

According to the college, the internship initiative aims to help students develop practical skills and better understand professional expectations before entering the job market.

Tapasya College has reported a placement rate of 71%, with a large number of students securing jobs in multinational companies after graduation. The placement data shows that many students were able to find employment soon after completing their studies.

According to the college, around 871 students received job offers with starting salary packages ranging from Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 7 lakh per annum. These offers were across different roles and sectors.
