TIAD Overview
Tecnia Institute of Art and Design, Delhi was established in 2004 with an aim to provide art and design education of the highest standard in India. Also known as TIAD, the institute is a Centre of Excellence for education in the fields of visual and performing arts, fashion, textile and graphic designing.
Being one of the leading design institutes in the country, the institute provides maximum exposure to the students and makes them industry-ready at the same time. TIAD Delhi is affiliated to Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya, a UGC recognised university and is accredited by NAAC with ‘A’ grade.
The institute has a diverse group of highly-skilled and experienced faculty members who come from top Indian institutes and have a history of delivering quality learning experience in their respective areas. In 2009, TIAD introduced the programme of Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and subsequently, in the year 2016, three undergraduate programmes were launched in the fields of fashion and textile design and graphic design. Admission to each course at TIAD is based on performance in an institute-level admission test, group discussion and personal interview.
The institute’s distinguished artists and professionals make every effort in producing young and impressive minds with unique artistic and creative skills. TIAD, Delhi provides a conducive environment to bring out the creative side of every individual by encouraging them to participate in art activities, annual art exhibitions and other such events.

Overall: When I came to this college, I had many other college options but the way the classes are conducted in this college and the teachers, they proved why one should come here.
Placement: The children here become teachers and lecturers in good and big schools and colleges, which opens bigger doors for them. And some children go further from here in live programs.
Infrastructure: This college has its own building, due to which there is only an atmosphere related to art there.The building here is very big and accommodates a good number of children.
Faculty: The faculty here is very supportive, due to which every student is able to excel. The faculty here is very supportive. She takes great care of every child. If a child does some other work along with studies, she supports him in that too.
Hostel: Hostel is not available. There is no other problem in this college except the problem of hostel because you do not get hostel in this college.this is the only problem.
