The step-by-step application process for admission to VJE has been given below. VJE offers candidates to apply through the online or the offline mode. However, the steps to apply are similar in both the cases, except for a few changes.

1. Application Form: Candidates can apply for admission at VJE through the following means:

   1. Online Registration on the Vidya Jyoti Educational Society’s Online Registration Portal

   2. Downloading the Application Form from the official website and taking a printout.

2. Fill the Form: Carefully and accurately fill all of the required information. This includes the choice of course, personal details, contact details, details, educational background etc.

3. Attach Documents: Attach / Upload the following documents required along with the application form.

   1. Attested photocopies of Class 10 Mark Sheet

   2. Attested photocopies of Class 12th Mark Sheet

   3. Attested photocopies of Graduation Mark Sheet (for Masters / Post Graduate courses)

   4. Migration Certificate

   5. Proof of Residence (Aadhar Card / Ration Card / Voter Card / PRC / Passport)

   6. Duly Filled Scan copy of Application form

   7. Medical Form

   8. Bank Details and Caste Certificate / Domicile / Income Certificate (for Scholarship Cases)

   9. 10 Coloured Passport-Size Photographs

4. Deposit Registration Fee: The VJE registration fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted by the candidate. The fee can be paid online or through Cheque/ Demand Draft / NEFT / Cash Deposit.

5. Submit Application: Candidates can either submit their applications online or:

Candidates who are granted admission will be granted the Provision Admission Letter, which will also contain all of the important details regarding such as fee structure, joining dates etc. Candidates can then report to the Corporate Office or VJE Campus and complete all of the formalities for final admission to the selected course.
